By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the photos you upload
• You have the right to grant the license described in these Terms
• Your uploads do not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other rights of any person

We respect your privacy and handle your photos with utmost care. Your uploaded photos are:

• Processed securely on our servers
• Used solely for the purpose of generating AI modifications
• Not shared with third parties without your consent
• Subject to our Privacy Policy

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Use the App to create deceptive or misleading images
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
